Q: I just have a few quick questions about the race Saturday. It says on the website that there's free parking. Where is it? Is it the parking at the boardwalk? And if the race starts at 7:30, what time should I be there? And where exactly does the race start? And if I pick up my packet the day before, do I have to sign in or anything on Saturday when I get to Kemah?
A: Parking is at the boardwalk. Race starts at the boardwalk. You need to get there by 7 to pick up your timing chip before race start at 7:30.

Q: What's the skinny on Packet Pick-Up?
A: Friday Sept 16th From 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the On The Run Clear Lake, 2427 Bay Area Blvd 77058, ph 281-480-5388
Packet pickup on race day 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. at the Kemah Boardwalk. 300 Bradford St.

Q: Can I pick up my friend's packet?
A: Yes!

Q. Hi, im registered for the Toughest 10k and I have been trying to find out what the incline of the bridge is so I can prepare myself. Can you please help me answer this?
A. According to TxDOT, it features a 4.3-percent grade from north to south and a 5-percent grade from south to north, as it rises to about 83 feet over the water.

Q:How many times do I have to go over the bridge?
A: Four times, two complete loops.

Q: Can I have my favorite pet/dog run with me?
A: No.

Q: Can I run with a baby jogger/stroller
A: Yes, please be aware and stay clear of other runners.

Q: Can I run with music/ear buds?
A: Please make sure they are turned down so you can hear instructions, particularly at start and finish.

Q: Will this be chip timed?
A: Yes, chip pick-up is race day.

Q: Can I register on race day?
A: Yes, but we can't guarantee shirt/goodies bag on race day.

Q: Do you accept credit cards at Packet Pick-up and Race Day registration?
A: We sure do! And there's another reason to bring your CC: we will sell any left over shirts after the conclusion of the race!
